GENSON SURVEYING AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS
GENSON SURVEYING AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS (GSEC) is a 100% Filipino-owned Engineering firm and has five (5) subsidiaries doing professional services in the field of Real Estate, Surveying, Engineering, Construction Environmental Planning and Consultancy.
The company was formerly named as GENSON-HOURANI & ASSO., CO. (GHAC) when it was established in September 5, 1992 with focus on real estate brokerage and marketing and also in surveying services. It also registered GENSON-HOURANI DEVELOPMENT CORP (GHDC) in 1996 to cater to its expanding construction business. However, the 1998 Asian Financial Crisis derailed the expansion plans of GHAC and GHDC. These two(2) companies were merged and its operations were re-engineered to become now the GENSON SURVEYING AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS (GSEC).
Since 2008, GSEC been had evolved into a Total Engineering Solutions Provider and as Consultant to various projects, catering to the Pre-Development / Pre - Engineering and in Environmental Studies and other Special Studies for infrastructures and humanitarian projects.
Today, GSEC draws its strength from its vast experiences for the last thirty-one (32) years of providing Integrated Real Estate, Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Environmental Planning and Consultancy Services to its various clients nationwide and abroad.
To add more value to GSEC, its Principal and CEO ENGR. JUAN VITO C. GENSON, also accepted limited international consultancy works from investment and funding groups who has infrastructure and humanitarian projects in other countries.
Its recent collaboration with FLUID EXPONENTS INC www.fluidexponents.com of Canada and FLUIDYNE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION www.fluidynter.com of USA for the Philippine Distributorship and Licensing Agreement of its US-patented green technologies in Water Treatment and Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination with No Brine Rejects and also its Magnetic Power Generation (MagGen) technologies.
The TECHNOGEN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (TEDECO) www.tedecoph.com the new business venture was formed, organized registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to manufacture, fabricate and/or assemble the US-patented green technologies of FLUID EXPONENTS INC www.fluidexponents.com and FLUIDYNE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION www.fluidynter.com for distribution in the Philippines and in Asia. These are the green technologies in Water Treatment and Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination with No Brine Rejects and the Magnetic Power Generator (MagGen). The technical support of these new green technologies are assured by TEDECO since FLUID EXPONENT INC and FLUIDYNE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is one of the shareholders of TEDECO.
